By purchasing with us, you accept our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to make any changes to these Terms and Conditions at anytime.
Shipping
Shipping is charged by the weight of the order. Orders placed on Mondays or major holidays will begin processing the following business day. Any orders placed after 2pm will also ship out the next business day.
Deliveries
Deliveries are sent by USPS with a tracking number. Please allow 3 to 5 business days from the order date to receive your order. We are not liable for any delays caused by wrong address being supplied by the purchaser or any changes you make after order is placed. Be advised shipping delays are to be expected around public holidays.
Returns
ALL IN-STORE & CLEARANCE PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALES.
For online purchases, please choose carefully before purchasing. All sales are FINAL on LASHES, ADHESIVES, CREAM REMOVER and any LIQUID products. Other products may be exchanged/returned within 7 days of receiving your order if unused/unopened. Buyer pays return shipping fees unless it is due to an error on our part. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Ensure the items returned are well packaged. We are not responsible for any products returned that are lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended you use a shipping method that can be tracked. Please note that if we offer free shipping and the item is returned to us, we will deduct actual shipping fees from your refund. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. All returns require an #RMA. Please email us at Vlashbeauty@gmail.com prior to returning your order.
Refunds
We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned items. Please allow 7-14 days for processing of your return.
